Simon Murray

Simon Murray, Principal Media Analyst, Informa Telecoms & Media

In his position as Principal Analyst Media, Simon is responsible for the teams at Informa Telecoms and Media that produce the TV Intelligence Centre, six newsletters, two magazines, two electronic briefings, 15 annual management reports, six conferences and two annual directories. Simon also undertakes consultancy projects as well as chairing and presenting at top industry events. 

Earlier in 2008 Simon produced two research reports: Global Net TV Advertising Forecasts and HDTV, which analysed the opportunities and challenges in these markets and predicted growth for the next five years. 

Simon has been involved in international media and entertainment research since 1988 and, before joining Informa, worked for Baskerville Communications, Kagan World Media and Saatchi & Saatchi.
