Darragh is the Managing Partner of Hardiman Telecommunications (www.telecoms.net) based in Europe, Middle-East and Asia.  Darragh heads up the London-based European (WE, CEE, SE, MEA) practice focusing on M&A diligence in CaTV, Mobile, Fixed-Line, Broadband and Telecoms Infrastructure. 

Darragh’s specialist expertise includes corporate valuation, technology strategy development and critique, business case development and analysis in addition to capital project management and structuring.

• Due Diligence on Acquisition of Central European Cable Operator
• Detailed Commercial, Technical and CapEx analysis of European Incumbent Telco

Darragh has held senior management positions in the Telecommunications and IT industries based successively in Washington DC, Los Angeles, Paris, Dublin and London.  Industry specific expertise includes wireless and wireline broadband communications, Broadband and Broadcast Cable and  OSS.
